Billing and refund Policy

At Archyam, we aim to provide a simple, secure, and transparent shopping experience for all our customers. Please read the following Billing and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Payment Method

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay in cash when your order is delivered.

No additional handling fee – COD is absolutely free of charge.

Easy and convenient for everyone.

2. Payment Terms

Full Payment on Delivery: The full amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery. Orders will not be handed over until payment is received.

No Online Payments: We currently do not accept prepaid or online payment methods.

3. Invoice and Billing

Tax Invoice: A proper tax invoice will be included with your package or sent to your registered email once the order is shipped.

Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order with product and payment details.

4. Security & Privacy

Secure Process: We ensure a secure order-to-delivery process, keeping your data safe.

Privacy: Your contact and delivery details remain confidential and are not shared with any third party.

5. Additional Fees

No Extra Charges: There are no additional fees for COD orders.

No Hidden Charges: The price displayed at checkout is the final amount payable.

6. Order Cancellations

Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them by emailing us at support@archyam.com 

Refunds on Cancellations: Since we only offer COD, refunds are not typically applicable unless payment was made mistakenly. Such cases will be resolved within 7 business days.

7. Replacement & Refund Policy

We offer a 1-day replacement policy, applicable only in specific cases mentioned below.

Eligibility for Replacement

Replacements are accepted only if:

Wrong item received (must be verified through unboxing video)

Defective or damaged item received (must be verified through unboxing video)

⚠️ Important:

An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a return/replacement request.

बिना Opening वीडियो के किसी भी condition में प्रोडक्ट Return नहीं होगा।

You must email the product photo, bill photo, and opening video within 1 day of delivery to officialarchyam@gmail.com 

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacements or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

Size, color, or personal preference issues.

Any item damaged, washed, or altered by the customer.

Items not returned in original condition, packaging, box, or inserts.

Health and hygiene products.

Our products are Free Size, hence size-related returns are not accepted.

Inspection & Approval

All returned products are inspected by our team before issuing a replacement.
The final decision on replacement eligibility rests solely with Archyam.

Return Charges

A flat ₹120 return fee will be applicable only for accepted returns related to size issues.

If a courier partner is unavailable for pickup in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product to us. Replacement will be issued once we receive and inspect the product.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases, such as:

Excessive delivery delays (multiple weeks).

Repeated incorrect or damaged deliveries.

Refund Process:

Refunds are processed via UPI ID or Net Banking only.

Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 15 business days of inspection.

Approved refunds or replacements will be confirmed via email.

Customers must provide their UPI ID or QR Code to receive the refund.

Exchanges

For faster service, you can return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for your desired product.
