  • Archyam manages product promotion and order collection through this website.

  • Once an order is placed, it is automatically forwarded to our verified logistics and fulfillment partner – Shiprocket Clout, which handles product packaging, shipping, and delivery.

  • Archyam ensures that only authentic and quality products are promoted, and delivery is managed professionally through trusted courier partners.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after successful confirmation.

  • 90% of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and all verified orders are shipped within 48 hours.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.

🚚 Shipping Timelines

  • The estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your pincode, courier service, and location.

  • In some remote areas, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

  • All shipments are handled through Shiprocket Clout and its trusted courier network partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.

💸 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We operate strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model.

  • No advance payment is required — you pay only when the product reaches your doorstep.

  • COD service is available across most locations in India as per Shiprocket Clout’s serviceability.

  • COD Verification:

    • Orders may be verified via phone call to confirm authenticity and address.

    • Only verified phone numbers and confirmed addresses will be processed for shipping.

  • In case of overpayment or mismatch in COD amount, Archyam will not be responsible. Please check the bill before making payment.

📦 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders — no minimum order value required.

  • However, in case of returns, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund or replacement credit.

🔍 Tracking & Order Updates

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment.

  • All delivery updates and tracking details are managed through Shiprocket Clout’s logistics system.

  • For any delivery-related issues, delays, or shipment queries, please contact us — our team will coordinate with Shiprocket Clout to resolve your concern quickly.

⚠️ Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier is unable to deliver due to:

  • Unreachable or inactive phone number

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

Then:

  1. A second delivery attempt may be made.

  2. If the second attempt also fails, the order may be automatically cancelled by the logistics provider.

  3. Re-delivery can be arranged only upon a new confirmed order.

  • Archyam’s role is limited to product advertising, promotion, and order forwarding.

  • All post-order operations — including packaging, shipment, delivery, and COD collection — are managed solely by our backend fulfillment partner Shiprocket Clout.

  • Any claims related to delivery delays, courier handling, or shipment issues will be coordinated through our logistics partner’s support system.
