However, in case of returns, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund or replacement credit.

⚠️ Failed Delivery Attempts
If a courier is unable to deliver due to:

Unreachable or inactive phone number

Incorrect or incomplete address

Customer unavailability
Then:

A second delivery attempt may be made.

If the second attempt also fails, the order may be automatically cancelled by the logistics provider.

Re-delivery can be arranged only upon a new confirmed order.
